I started going to the chiropractor as a teenager when I was diagnosed with headaches. While at the time it helped, I started looking into other treatment options. I went to several medical doctors, and neurologists. I had MRIs and X-rays, and everything kept coming back clear, which was great, but wasn’t an answer. I was having to take a lot of medication daily just to function, but nothing really helped. I decided to go back to the chiropractor more consistently, and this is when I started to see improvements. I went from needing medication daily to function, to hardly ever needing medication to treat my headaches. As my headaches improved, my desire to help people in the same way increased.
While at school, I was eager to learn how I could help people, not only with headaches, but other conditions like neck pain, low back pain, vertigo, TMJ pain, and so much more. I went on to study additional techniques to help people with headaches, vertigo, and neck pain.
Our bodies are so powerful, and when given the right tools it can truly heal itself. I feel honored to be able to help people daily, by helping their bodies heal. I know personally how much this can change your life.

My Chiropractic Story
My path to becoming a chiropractor started at a young age. One of my uncles was a chiropractor and so I was able to benefit from regular spinal care and adjustments since I was a kid. This principle stuck with me and was a large part of why I not only chose my profession, but also why I became passionate about overall health and fitness. Prevention is always the best treatment.
As a teenager, my younger sister was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. This resulted in a major change in my family’s eating habits and lifestyle. After her diagnosis, it was a local chiropractor who helped relieve her symptoms and empower her to take control of her own health.
All these experiences and passions led me to pursue an education to become a chiropractor myself. The reality is that there are thousands of people around us every day who are suffering with either minor or major health challenges. Things you can see, and some things you can’t see, and they will never tell you about. Adults, seniors, kids, athletes, coworkers, friends, and family members. Chiropractic care can help all of them, either a little or a lot.

Even those who don’t have specific problems can still feel and function even better. True health is not the absence of disease, it is all the systems of your body functioning as close to 100% as possible. That is what chiropractic care is about, power from the brain to the organs. Yes, what we do helps with pain, but there is so much more.
